Key Responsibilities\n

• Performing comprehensive mental health evaluations, including initial consultations and ongoing assessments to document client progress.

• Developing, implementing, and modifying personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, ensuring each plan considers the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate discussion, healing, and recovery.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress, including adjustments to treatment plans, while using electronic health record systems such as AVATAR for documentation.

• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychiatrists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Providing essential follow-up care for clients recently admitted to hospitals, ensuring continuity of care and addressing potential mental and behavioral health issues.

• Educating and supporting family members and primary caregivers in navigating mental health challenges, enabling them to foster a supportive home environment for recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• A completed Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A successful pass of the NCE or NCMHCE exams, demonstrating foundational competency in mental health counseling.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
