Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Create comprehensive individualized treatment plans and adjust them as necessary based on client progress.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights that shape the overall treatment strategy.

• Oversee and provide supervision for Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, if applicable.

You will primarily work with individuals dealing with mood disorders, substance abuse issues, and co-occurring conditions. Your role will be pivotal in addressing not just the immediate symptoms but also understanding the relational and interpersonal dynamics that contribute to clients' challenges. By employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), you will directly influence positive client outcomes, enhancing their ability to lead fulfilling lives.
