This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being a vital part of our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, utilizing standardized tools and client history to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions focusing on a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active licensure or certification in your respective state as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of practical experience working with clients experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and maintain professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is highly preferred, as it improves the efficiency of documentation and client tracking.

• Experience in delivering therapeutic services via telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
