Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that resonate with each individual's goals and challenges.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate holistic care for clients, enhancing the overall treatment experience.

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate record-keeping.

• Stay up-to-date on emerging best practices, continuing education courses, and industry trends to continually enhance therapeutic techniques and client services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. Therapists will be expected to adapt their approach to accommodate the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of each client, ensuring inclusive and effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.

• Current and active licensure in California as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or other equivalent qualifications.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage clients in a supportive and empathetic manner.

• Proven ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, candidates with experience in facilitating group therapy sessions, working with trauma-affected individuals, or providing teletherapy services are highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n
