Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status during initial and follow-up sessions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and challenges of each client.

• Provide regular therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, including workshops that focus on coping mechanisms and resilience-building.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and referrals in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse population of clients across various demographics and backgrounds. The focus includes individuals navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance use issues, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory.

• At least two years of related clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.

• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders and a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
