Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, ranging from individuals experiencing anxiety and depression to those coping with grief, trauma, or major life transitions. As a Mental Health Counselor at New Patterns Therapy, you will work with clients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, allowing you to utilize and expand your skills in culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current and active license to practice in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience in a relevant setting.

• Strong understanding of culturally competent and evidence-based therapy practices.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in telehealth therapy or those familiar with digital communication tools relevant to client engagement will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
