Qualifications\n

  A valid and active license as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required for this position.

  An accredited Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with preference given to candidates holding a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage your time effectively within a remote work setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While holding a Bachelor's degree is essential, we value experience in the field; candidates with prior clinical experience in outpatient settings will be favored. Experience with teletherapy is also a plus, as it further enhances the seamless delivery of care we strive for at Thrive.
