Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health conditions and formulate tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, leveraging modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other contemporary practices.

• Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care, facilitating comprehensive treatment and support.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, offering immediate support and interventions to clients facing acute distress or emergencies, demonstrating empathy and clinical competence.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to foster mental health awareness and advocate against stigma, contributing to the overall well-being of our community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse group of individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, often presenting with a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and more. As a licensed therapist at Envision Your Potential, you will have the chance to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, allowing you to further enhance your cultural competence and adaptability within clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Recognized ability to establish trustful and therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and competence to effectively engage with clients from various walks of life.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate documentation and adhere to the demands of a busy practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health setting, understanding the challenges and dynamics of providing mental health care to a broad population.

• Proficient use of telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and client interaction.

• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices to address a range of mental health concerns effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
