Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver expert mental health counseling services to clients via our secure telehealth platform, utilizing your clinical judgment to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain an organized schedule, managing appointment times and client appointments based on your availability and preferred demographics.

• Engage with clients through multiple communication methods, including audio and video messaging, and facilitate goal tracking and journaling activities.

• Screen and evaluate clients to ensure they align with our specified low acuity criteria, focusing only on adults with manageable mental health concerns.

• Participate in regular peer consultations and engage with a supportive community of over 10,000 therapists through our platform.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with experience low acuity mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, grief, and weight disorders. Importantly, our platform does not cater to children or individuals with severe mental health conditions, allowing you to focus your expertise on clients where you can make the most impact.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full Independently Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) status without any disciplinary actions.

• A strong belief in the role of telehealth in enhancing mental health accessibility and outcomes.

• Reliable internet connection and a functioning phone and computer (PC or laptop required; tablets are not permitted).

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.

• Compensation for this part-time position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually , commensurate with experience and client engagement.
