This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to provide counseling services from the comfort of your home office. You will be provided with a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, along with a comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) system for seamless documentation and compliance with insurance regulations, including Medicaid and Medicare. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized therapy sessions via our secure telehealth platform, catering to a broad range of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. As a mental health counselor, you will work with individuals, couples, and families, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere that encourages open communication and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted clinical licensure in California as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while navigating a remote work environment and maintaining accountability.

• Reliable access to a personal computer with a webcam and internet connection to facilitate virtual therapy sessions.

• Willingness to undergo a background check before employment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
