Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the state of California. You will utilize telehealth technology for consultations and therapy sessions, enabling you to connect with clients efficiently. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly and HIPAA-compliant, providing a secure space for both therapists and clients to engage meaningfully. You will have access to electronic health records (EHR) systems, enhancing your ability to track progress and manage documentation seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through video conferencing, questionnaires, and interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique goals, preferences, and cultural background.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and culturally responsive methods.
\n
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary to promote positive outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will develop a strong therapeutic rapport with clients from different backgrounds, understanding the importance of cultural competence in delivering effective care. Your commitment to responsiveness and empathy will be key in providing the support they need to foster resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current California state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
\n
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience with a diverse client demographic.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and systems of care.

• Strong crisis intervention skills coupled with an ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and a willingness to embrace technology in your practice.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in telehealth settings and familiarity with virtual therapy tools.

• Proficiency in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Exposure to evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Background in addressing the mental health needs of underrepresented populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 for full-time candidates. Employee benefits include:
