Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify mental health concerns, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches, adapting techniques based on client response and preferences.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring their progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy technology to offer remote sessions to clients, ensuring accessibility for those who face mobility or geographical challenges.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation compliant with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of emerging therapeutic practices.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a mental health professional in California, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating an empathetic and supportive therapeutic environment.

• A strong commitment to non-judgmental care, exhibiting empathy and compassion towards clients' lived experiences.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, essential for managing a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n
