Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessment appointments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, understanding their unique challenges and needs.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, anxiety, depression, and more.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions (both individual and group formats), applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques inclusive of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness approaches.

• Continuously monitor and document patients' progress within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.

• Act as a liaison to connect clients with additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, when necessary, advocating for their comprehensive treatment.

• Conduct crisis intervention with efficacy, maintaining professional composure to provide immediate support and de-escalation strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide mental health support to a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and co-occurring substance use issues. You will engage with clients in a compassionate, culturally responsive manner, fostering an atmosphere of trust and respect that encourages open dialogue and effective therapeutic engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant hands-on clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment strategies, along with cultural competence in therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
