Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and detailed interviews to evaluate clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing our telehealth platform to promote accessibility and comfort.

• Monitor and track clients' progress throughout the treatment duration, making necessary adjustments to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including social workers, psychiatrists, and nurses, to create comprehensive intervention strategies.

• Assist clients in navigating referrals and additional mental health resources, following up as necessary.

• Educate family members and caregivers on effective strategies for managing behavioral challenges and supporting recovery.

• Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and actively participate in team meetings to contribute insights and share best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Successful completion of the NCE and/or NCMHCE examinations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for client documentation and interpersonal interactions.

• Demonstrated use of electronic health record (EHR) and telehealth systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working as a mental health counselor in a clinical or agency setting.

• Familiarity with the best practices outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

• Understanding of psychotropic medications and their impact on mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
