This full-time position embraces a remote work setting, allowing counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining a professional and therapeutic atmosphere. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required based on client availability and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gather comprehensive insights about clients’ histories, symptoms, and treatment needs, leading to the creation of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups, creating an inclusive space where clients can share experiences and gain valuable insights into their mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current, valid licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities with proven clinical skills in assessments and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
