Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges, allowing for the development of effective and tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based therapies in individual therapy sessions.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and actively monitor their progress throughout treatment to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients' preferences and accessibility needs, ensuring that everyone has equitable access to mental health support.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards while ensuring confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills, knowledge of emerging practices, and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with various individuals who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and create a safe environment for clients.

• Exhibiting empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental stance when addressing clients' mental health challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively balance caseload, documentation, and client needs.

• Prior experience in a clinical outpatient setting, preferably working with adult, adolescent, and child populations.
