Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through initial evaluations, ongoing sessions, and standardized tools to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual and group needs, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Regularly meet with clients to provide ongoing support, track progress towards therapeutic goals, and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.

• Foster a supportive therapeutic environment by providing clients with coping strategies, resources, and referrals to additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and legal requirements.

• Participate in regular Professional Development and Team Meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and collaborate on case management.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
