Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to ensure clinical integrity and share best practices with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of mental health needs. You will engage with individuals facing issues related to anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma recovery, family dynamics, and life transitions. The ideal candidate will approach each client with sensitivity and cultural competence, facilitating a safe and trusting environment that encourages open communication and therapeutic growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Avalid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting, providing therapeutic services similar to those described herein.

Compensation and Benefits\n
