Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop detailed treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential case records, noting client treatment progress in compliance with state and NCQA regulations.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic intervention through individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy sessions.

• Supervise Post-Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors as appropriate, fostering their professional development.

• Support clients’ families by providing education on treatment processes and strategies for effective participation in supportive roles.
\n
• Utilize community resources effectively, referring clients and families to external support systems as needed to enhance their treatment experience.

• Participate in departmental program development, contributing ideas and strategies for effective implementation and evaluation of mental health programs.

• Adhere to safety protocols by reporting any safety concerns as mandated by local reporting agencies.

Your work will primarily involve individuals battling acute or chronic mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral health challenges. Qualifications\n
