This role offers a flexible remote work setting, enabling therapists to deliver services from the comfort of their own spaces while maintaining a work-life balance. Our structured work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for consistency in client appointments and personal time. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality mental health therapy to diverse clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to address various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

• Maintain accurate client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

Compensation and Benefits\n
