Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality counseling services to clients, employing psychodynamic treatment modalities for individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, trauma, addiction, depression, and relational issues.

• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships by quickly establishing trust and rapport with clients.

• Utilize an interactive counseling style that promotes active participation and encourages clients to explore deeper self-awareness.

• Implement culturally competent and mindful practices, tailored to meet the diverse backgrounds and unique needs of your clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
