Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while you engage with clients via virtual platforms. However, you will occasionally collaborate with team members in our outpatient office located in Anaheim. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s specific needs and goals.

• Provide therapeutic intervention in both one-on-one settings and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate ongoing support for clients dealing with various issues, including PTSD, anxiety disorders, and other behavioral health concerns.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client progress and treatment to adhere to professional standards.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and support staff to coordinate care and share insights that enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Engage in regular training and supervision to continually improve clinical skills and adhere to best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families facing varying degrees of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential for this role.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, emphasizing therapy and case management, is necessary.

Preferred Experience\n
