Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy tailored to client needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans for clients, incorporating measurable goals and regularly reviewing progress to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Offer ongoing emotional support addressing a variety of challenges including trauma, grief, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and stress management.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share experiences and learn from one another, thereby enhancing social connection and personal growth.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, pursuing certifications, and broadening clinical skills in specialized areas such as trauma and addiction counseling.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
