Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with various hospital departments, such as the medical team and patient support services, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to ethical and legal standards in all documentation practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of an active state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Proven understanding of the unique mental health challenges faced by hospital patients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build relationships with patients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

• An understanding of evidence-based therapeutic strategies and brief therapy models suitable for diverse patient backgrounds.

• The ability to manage a varied caseload while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience working in a hospital or outpatient environment will be beneficial. Familiarity with electronic health record systems, as well as experience in crisis intervention and group therapy facilitation, are highly valued. Compensation and Benefits\n
