Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring personalized treatment plans are established.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing insights and strategies aligned with therapeutic goals.

• Guide clients through challenging emotions and experiences, including PTSD and anxiety disorders, promoting healing and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of clients who may present a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California to practice as a mental health therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range between $85,000 and $117,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
