Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including the formulation of pre-crisis and crisis plans tailored for each client’s unique needs.

• Regularly complete clinical documentation to comply with both regulatory and organizational standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
\n
• Employ evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to effectively assess client needs.
\n
• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance our clients' quality of life.
\n
• Participate in all licensing and accreditation procedures, contributing to maintaining high-quality service standards.
\n
• Act as a liaison to state agencies, service providers, and relevant community partners, fostering essential relationships to support client care.
\n
• Maintain open lines of communication within the team and community to uphold contract standards while promoting the agency's mission.
\n
• Seek out new alliances and partnerships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to further enhance our programs and funding opportunities.
\n
• Pursue continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and other educational opportunities to enhance expertise.
\n
• Champion the agency’s mission and values in all interactions, both within the organization and in the community.
\n
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with the overall mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Scriptmed, you will be working with a diverse client base that includes individuals facing challenges related to emotional health, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and more. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding these individuals towards recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
\n
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) by the state board.

• Proven ability to manage clinical records and produce associated reports effectively.
\n
• Experience working collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams to achieve comprehensive client care.
\n
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and professional recommendations.
\n
• Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities based on professional knowledge and experience.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in community mental health settings or related fields.

• Familiarity with managing crisis situations and implementing crisis intervention strategies.

• Previous involvement in accreditation and licensing processes within a clinical environment.
