Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools and interviews to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs, formulating clinical diagnoses as per DSM criteria.

• Design personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's situation, whether in individual, group, or family sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute psychological distress, ensuring they receive timely support and resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment feedback, in alignment with HIPAA regulations and our ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
