This position is delivered entirely remotely, allowing for flexibility in your work life. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly, client-centered therapy sessions to adult individuals using a structured and evidence-based approach.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Utilize integrated tools, such as electronically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement scales, to assess client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.

• Engage in weekly drop-in consultation sessions for professional support and collaboration with leadership.

• Document client sessions and maintain electronic medical records (EMR) efficiently to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults from various backgrounds, including those dealing with a wide array of mental health challenges. You will provide services to the general mental health population and individuals at greater risk due to suicide ideation or severe emotional distress. Your role is pivotal in fostering emotional resilience, empowering clients to understand and manage their mental health better while committed to delivering culturally responsive care to all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience working with adult populations, particularly those at elevated risk.

• Active licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for a minimum of one year, demonstrating your ability to practice independently.

• Emphasis on familiarity with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and other evidence-based interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
