Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with adult clients via secure live video platforms, utilizing your expertise in therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and progress measures to continually monitor client outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning, ensuring individualized care that aligns with best practices and clinical guidelines.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and experiences to enhance collective knowledge and improve patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a full, active license to practice without supervision, including but not limited to:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses accepted. Candidates must have no disciplinary actions on their record.

• Proficient in making professional evaluations and treatment recommendations with sound judgment and clinical acumen.

• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic demeanor to effectively connect with clients.

• Computer literate and comfortable using telehealth platforms and other relevant software tools.

Preferred Experience\n
