Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals who present with complex mental health needs, often intertwined with physical health challenges. You will engage with a diverse client base that includes adults and adolescents facing issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse, particularly in cases requiring integrated treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
\n
• Proven experience in providing mental health care to clients with co-occurring medical conditions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with patients.

• Strong ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards while championing patient confidentiality.

• Comfortable using electronic health record systems and various computer applications inherent in telehealth practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to new hires. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
