This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to our patient community. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on client availability and requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated understanding of substance use disorders and recovery-oriented treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy, particularly within addiction treatment contexts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary of USD 115,000 to 130,000, along with performance bonuses. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.
