Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns to accurately formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of clients.

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and stabilization.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records that document treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to promote comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to remain informed about best practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist with LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW credentials.

• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical setting, providing therapeutic services to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
