This position will be conducted entirely online, leveraging advanced technology to connect with clients remotely. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one telehealth sessions with clients, focusing on various issues including but not limited to work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.

• Collaborate actively with our internal clinical team, offering insights into program enhancements to elevate client care and platform accessibility.

• Document client interactions accurately and securely using electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and training sessions to continually refine your skills and knowledge base in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license in good standing (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• A proven track record of at least two years providing counseling services or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.

• Experience using electronic medical records systems is preferred, although not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
