Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Create tailored treatment plans that account for each client's unique circumstances, with clear, measurable objectives and routine evaluations of their progress.

• Assist clients in coping with a variety of challenges, including trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal conflicts, ensuring that each client receives the emotional support they require.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions aimed at fostering connection, solidarity, and personal growth among participants.

• Commit to continuous professional development by seeking additional training and certifications in relevant areas, such as trauma and addiction therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
