Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to establish patients’ needs, preferences, and goals for treatment.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and provide support to those experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Collaborate with hospital departments, including emergency and outpatient services, to deliver coordinated care for patients navigating complex health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Strong understanding of mental health issues commonly encountered within hospital settings, and familiarity with healthcare systems.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.

• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic practices, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• An aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced clinical environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and diverse caseloads.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
