Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will encompass various aspects of client care:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient or telehealth setting.

• Proficiency in using digital tools for clinical documentation and telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of relevant experience, candidates with three or more years in similar roles, particularly those involving first responders or teletherapy, will be at a distinct advantage.
