Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans for clients, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication management plans.

• Document clinical findings and treatment progress promptly, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools effectively, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

• Develop and implement positive behavior support plans in partnership with other service providers.
\n
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to professional standards.

• Serve as a liaison for relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems to coordinate care and support for clients.

• Maintain open lines of communication within the clinic and community to uphold the center’s mission and meet contracted standards.

• Build and sustain relationships with local and regional organizations to expand our community outreach and identify new partnership opportunities.

• Participate in professional development activities such as conferences, workshops, and community task forces to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic’s operational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
