Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' psychological, emotional, and social needs, and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that allow patients to explore common mental health challenges while fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow clinicians, sharing insights and treatment strategies to ensure holistic care for our patients.

• Respond to and manage crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention as required.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and empower them to engage with available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and progress in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate actively in professional development activities, staying informed about the latest trends and research in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client base, ranging from children to adults, who are dealing with various mental health challenges. This role emphasizes inclusivity and sensitivity to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each patient. Understanding individual circumstances will enable you to enhance therapeutic outcomes and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic interventions, including family therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.

• Experience in conducting assessments and developing effective treatment plans for a diverse patient population.

• Exceptional communication and relational skills to foster trust and rapport with patients.

• Sound clinical judgment, with a commitment to maintaining ethical boundaries and professional standards.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
