Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally-informed mental health assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique experiences and needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' specific backgrounds, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing diverse mental health concerns and promoting wellness within our clients' lives.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to create a seamless continuum of care encompassing all aspects of a patient's mental health journey.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring effective de-escalation and safety.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources that can aid in their recovery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to the safe and secure management of sensitive information.

• Engage actively in case conferences, cultural competency training, and team meetings to contribute to collective knowledge and improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
