The Forth Troon Diagnostic and Counseling Center is seeking dedicated Mental Health Therapists to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a pivotal member of our outpatient psychiatric office, your role will be instrumental in providing comprehensive mental health services remotely to our diverse patient population. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and create tailored treatment plans that address their specific conditions and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a mental health professional within California, such as LCSW or equivalent.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement, candidates with a Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology are strongly preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

The Forth Troon Diagnostic and Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
