Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews and standardized tools to ascertain their needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized therapeutic intervention plans that align with the unique goals and conditions of each client.

• Maintain regular sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to facilitate progress and healing.

• Provide ongoing education and resources to clients, equipping them with coping strategies and tools to manage their mental health effectively.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering to confidentiality standards.

• Engage in continual professional development through training and attending workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Our patient demographics vary widely, allowing for a rich and diverse therapeutic experience. Your ability to provide culturally responsive care and engage with clients from different backgrounds will be vital to fostering trust and effective communication.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW issued by the State of California.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience is essential, with a focus on individual and group therapy modalities.

• Proficiency in understanding and implementing evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to diverse knowledge in mental health disorders.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines in all client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
