Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to better understand the needs and goals of clients upon initial interactions.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to adult individuals and couples, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Complete all necessary documentation, including treatment notes, progress reports, and care plans, within a 24-hour timeframe to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Engage in regular consultations with team members to enhance client care, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring an adaptive approach to therapy.

• Maintain accurate client records that adhere to state and federal regulations, contributing to the integrity of our services and the overall effectiveness of our treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will primarily work with a diverse adult clientele, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

The annual salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
