Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focusing on diverse mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and relational issues.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments, followed by crafting and implementing customized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and needs.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educational professionals, ensuring that our clients receive holistic and integrated care.

• Maintain precise and confidential electronic health records that adhere to HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all client data is secure and accessible for quality improvement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
