Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and behavioral health, accurately diagnosing disorders as needed.

• Facilitate engaging individual, couple, and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing pressing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches based on feedback and therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, you will benefit from numerous client referrals, reducing the burden of client acquisition. Our supportive administration assists with billing and documentation, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care to your clients.
