Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, utilizing various diagnostic tools and methodologies.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions using effective therapeutic techniques to foster a safe and supportive environment.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and billing purposes.

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting, providing therapy remotely and in-person.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and case load.
