As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Tower Health, you will be working with a diverse clientele that encompasses a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required, complete with a 1-2 year internship and at least 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• The ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 25 pounds and maintain specific vision capabilities, including close vision, is necessary for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is highly desired, with certification required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 104,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses.
