Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized counseling services and create comprehensive treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs and goals, while adhering to clinical standards and administrative procedures.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish a baseline for each client’s progress and determine the most effective therapeutic interventions.

• Document all client interactions, treatment goals, and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies to ensure proper continuity of care and compliance.

• Participate in team consultations and supervision sessions, collaborating with fellow clinicians to share insights and enhance clinical practices.

• Engage in multidisciplinary committees focused on advancing mental health practices, program development, and overall business operations.

• Contribute to specific clinical projects or special programs aimed at expanding our services and improving patient engagement.

• Meet defined individual and departmental goals, including key performance indicators related to caseload management and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice supports a diverse range of patients, including those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• Ideally, candidates should have completed 1-2 years of clinical internship and possess 1-2 years of experience working in a mental health setting.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and meet vision requirements for close-up work.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
