Work Environment\n

This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while being part of an innovative telehealth platform. You will interact with clients Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling you to tailor your schedule with no on-call obligations. Our supportive operational staff will manage administrative duties, enabling you to concentrate on client care and therapeutic efficacy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular live video therapy sessions with individual adult clients, employing evidence-based practices and treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Utilize our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system to document session notes, monitor progress, and assess client symptoms effectively.
\n
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Leverage automatically administered self-assessments to track client advancements and make informed adjustments to treatment strategies when necessary.
\n
• Participate in weekly live drop-in consultation sessions with clinic leadership to receive guidance and support in clinical decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults who come from various backgrounds, presenting a wide range of mental health challenges. Our client focus encompasses both those who are at an elevated risk of suicide and those managing general mental health concerns. Your role will involve not just treating symptoms but empowering clients to foster personal growth and emotional strength.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent license as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for at least one year.
\n
• A commitment to providing culturally responsive care, welcoming clients from diverse backgrounds and with various mental health disorders.

• Demonstrated proficiency with technology, particularly in integrating digital tools into clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of recent clinical experience delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to adults.

• Experience working with higher risk populations and managing complex clinical cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly, reflecting your experience and expertise, along with potential bonuses based on performance.
