Work Environment\n

This role operates in a dynamic and supportive remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to our clinical team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct tailored assessments to thoroughly understand individual needs and goals in relation to substance use disorder treatment.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans integrating best practice methodologies and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions utilizing motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based approaches.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during substance-related emergencies, ensuring all patients feel safe and heard.
\n
• Educate patients and their families regarding addiction, recovery strategies, and available community resources to foster supportive relationships.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation following all legal and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional training to keep abreast of emerging practices in addiction treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Strong understanding of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and best practices in recovery-oriented care.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy within addiction treatment settings.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.

• Proficiency in maintaining professional boundaries, ethical guidelines, and patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
