Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client concerns and collaborate with them to formulate effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients in distress, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals during challenging moments.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Counselors in this role are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, enhancing their overall compensation package.
